SANDY BAY
Access to this job was difficult due to our machine not being able to get close to the building to vacuum out the insulation.
Luckily for us, difficult wasn't an issue as we solved the problem by engineering a solution!
LAUNCESTON
This job was unique as Charlie Fluff (loose fill insulation) was in the old ceiling. This normally wouldn't be a problem, except an extension had been added to the house placing another floor above the old ceiling!
After a discussion with the owner, she advised us they were replacing the old horse plaster ceilings on a weekend.
Seizing a great opportunity to easily remove the charlie fluff, we offered to drop the ceiling for her and then proceeded to suck out the unwanted charlie fluff. Problem solved!
ST THOMAS MOORES SCHOOL
A common problem with roof gutters is that they get clogged up with leaves. The common way of cleaning this up is by getting on the roof to sweep them out or grabbing them by hand. We have an easier way. We don't have to put ourselves at risk by climbing onto your roof or getting cuts from sharp edges of the gutters.
NORTHERN MIDLANDS COUNCIL OFFICES
Northern Midlands is one of the largest and most diverse municipalities in Tasmania. The council building is surrounded by trees post autumn the gutters are full of leaves.
With one man and one machine quick work is made of the leaves and water can flow through the gutters once more.
DULVERTON LANDFILL CENTRE
A landfill site in Dulverton have trouble keeping the surroundings of the site clean. This is due to the wind that constantly blows away the plastic bags and light weight waste. The workers of the site normally have to go into the bushes daily to pick up the waste.
After calling in Statewide Commercial Vacuuming to provide some relief of the time draining task, the job was done quickly.
In the photo to the left you can see little bits of rubbish still there. This is due to the seriousness of the problem. Waste had blown back into the area by the time we were ready to take this photo!
The Dulverton site had won an award in 2017 for excellence in the landfill industry. We like to think we contributed to this accomplishment and we continue to work with them in their mission to protect the environment.
ROSS TOWN HALL
When we get called to clean roof gutters it is assumed that we need scaffolding, ladders and loads of different safety equipment. For us none of that is our reality.
With our vacuum equipment we don't need to put ourselves at risk with heights and cutting sharp guttering as we are equipped with safety features that can do any task.
COPPING REFUSE SITE
Copping Refuse Site have issues with the landfill flying away into this ditch.
They needed a handful of staff to go to the ditch to pick this up by hand which wasn't efficient for the site or the use of staff time.
With one man and one vacuum we cleaned the pit in just as much time as having their staff picking it up!
PERTH RESIDENTIAL HOME
This client had listed their home for sale on the market and their home was going to be open for inspection on the weekend. They were busy through the day and did not have the time to rake up the leaves and didn't particularly want to!
Our vacuum cleaned the yard completely of stray leaves and made it look like another tidy complement to the house.
NORTH WEST REGIONAL HOSPITAL
North west regional hospital had 2 problems. A large roofing area and the large amount of leaves that had piled up in the gutters. For the concern of the patients they wanted to avoid having a bunch of equipment carried through the hospital in order to get the job done properly.
We were prefect for the job. We had no need for bringing ladders or scaffolding through the building or the inconvenience of setting it up!
We cleaned everything on that roof from the ground with one machine!
HART STREET LAUNCESTON
This roof cavity below was completely full of Charlie Fluff (loose fill insulation). This was dangerous to remove due to the chance of inhaling it. The only solution to remove this safely was our commercial vacuum cleaner.
After vacuuming the Charlie Fluff the roof cavity was spotless making it easy as well as safe to install new insulation.
LINDISFARNE VACCUMING JOB
The ceiling needed vacuuming out, and not all of the roof space was accessible. We had to collaborate with the roofer (and the weather) to get this job finished.
